Floors

A central adjective of Almost, Maine we were aiming for was “whimsical,” and we definitely pushed for that with our snow. The design of the floor not only adds another artistic element to the stage, but showcases the magic seen above it. By focusing the pattern only on the outer edges, we were able to set up a bright white snowfall for our actors to perform on. The white floor added extra contrast to the lighting and set, giving a more abstract and flexible atmosphere.

Paintings are a specialty of mine. Whether it's 3246 hand painted bricks, a sparkling snowy floor, my signature woodgrain, or a custom stencil to match our flats to the projected walls.
